One of the best hotels in London, very good service and the suites are very nice! Always a great place to stay. However, stay on the first few floors because the higher you go the lower the ceilings. We recommend the first floor suites looking toward the park. Probably the best afternoon tea in the west end.Worth a visit.

Good Service, Charming english style suites. One of our favorite in London. Very attentive service, rooms partly a bit too old-fashioned. One of the few hotels in London where you can leave a car! Excellent food (for London), including Italian and Oriental cuisine. Rooms are beautiful, as are bathrooms. The lounge downstairs is a bit dated.
