Location, Service, Refurbishment, Style, Views and Location again is the best. Business or pleasure, if you're here people like to come meet you here instead of trekking across town to a common meeting point. very convenient for ANY type of visit to Manhattan. Concierge made sure we got what we wanted every time. |

The Pierre offers outstanding personal service - with the charm and comfort of an European residence, accented by original 1930s detailing and the art of trompe l`oeil. Very good hotel, one feels one is still inn good old Europe, excellent service ! Classiest joint in the city. A golden oldie! Great location and charming place. |

The Carlyle |
It is one of the finest hotels in NYC. The Carlyle, although old fashioned with a refurbisment on schedule, made we feel better than home..The staff was impeccable..the rooms spacious.. Great home away from home! Very beautiful for breakfast and one of the few 1st class hotels that doesnt charge for using the office (pc/internet). |

Loved it loved it, stayed at the loft, it was really nice and loved the decor. the staff were very nice and helpful especially the concierge, Austin, he was a great help. Will definitly go back. Great gardens on the top, Rose bar and the Restaurant downstairs. Worth everything! Cant wait to be back there! Decor is gorgeous |

The Waldorf Towers |
Traditional, but very comfortable rooms. Incredibly soft bed linens, and the bathroom was as big as some NYC apartments I've been in. Great city views from almost every angle. Don't confuse with the Waldorf Astoria. We having stayed in both and there's a definite difference. It's not too cool, but they really make you feel at home. |
