The best in Dubai. i think it’s better then burj al arab! more than 40 restaurant and one of the most beautiful spa in tha world!

Fantastic rooms in arabian style, walk in wardrobes, great service and plenty of restaurants and souks, travelling across the hotel area is done by boat, tea in the entrance hall must be tried.

Al Qasr is really nice, the rooms are beautiful and so the bathrooms ( very spacious) the food is also good and the fact that you take the boat to go around the resort is alos nice. Six sense spa was one of the best massages i have ever got! just under the stars…!

The best place in Dubai today.

Fantastic views of the Burj Al Arab. Excellent bar and the option of a good night club. Stayed in a villa with a private butler- 1st class service. Highly recommended.

Oh sorry forgot to say that Terry Styles (Exec. Sous Chef) has done a great job with the new Noodle House menue items, dressed Crab and great Sepia Dim Sum…

Since Serge Zaalof is no longer the manager of the resort, service quality suddenly decreased…

Amazing place and even better if you have one of the private villas. Magnificent pool and a nice view of the beach. Highly reccommend it!

1) I had a wonderful time in this hotel. The service is unbelievable.

The architecture is really nice but inside it’s…so tragic, pompous and ostentatious. do not forget your sunglasses!

Unique experience. Stayed a few times….it is what it is….over the top…slightly cringe worthy but hey….its Dubai.x

2) THE BEST HOTEL IN THE WHOLE WORLD … and it really deserve such a title : from the outstanding architecture, the outragious comfort, impacable service (descreat yet refined), excellent food in all outlets, unforgetable views on Dubai, and your private Concierge to ensure total satisfaciton.
At USD 2,000 per night minimum for the smallest room, I guess it worth every penny !!!!

Archicteture wise its the state of the art, decor is painful and service is absolutelly disgraceful

3) OVER or might I say UBER is the word, add it to a list of adjectives : Priced, Rated, Expected,Decorated,Pretentious, Service is sooooo bad, they keep coming into the room without even knocking, Ruude Service, the hostesses at the bar on top sooo Ignorant,Rude and Arrogant. NOBODY speaks english, the fare is 5,000 USD a night, Room service was 1,200 USD for 2 people 2 plates and cokes. the only nice thing is the architecture and the city arround it.
